I'm submitting a project called The Light and Shadow Suite. As a street photographer who wander around the street often, I came to realize that light and shadow are very important components of a photo. They mutually reinforce and neutralize each other just like Yin and Yang. When there is light, there is shadow, and in return, shadows brings out the light. Light and shadow are just like the world, people who think it's heaven (hell) are the ones who only saw the light (shadow). Light and shadow create dramas in a photo and I'm really fascinated by that. Trent Parke once said, "I am forever chasing light. Light turns the ordinary into the magical." I always pay attention to them when I'm out on the street, and I have taken some works from home and abroad. Please enjoy The Light and Shadow Suite, to feel this complicated world of light intertwining shadow.
