"As this wave from memories flows in, the city soaks it up like a sponge and expands." Italo Calvino was referring to Zaira, but this reflection can also be applied to other cities. In these urban spaces, bustling or quiet streets, glimpses of past and future stories intertwine like threads in a tapestry. The buildings, streets, and walls not only bear witness to the everyday and extraordinary events that have shaped the city over the years but also actively contribute as "agents" themselves. And minute by minute, new experiences and perspectives are constantly woven together, with the city playing an active role. One aspect that captivates me about street photography is the attempt to come across hints of the memories, dreams, and desires... reminisced, dreamed, and desired by cities.
