We met in 2022 when I arrived in the Jordan Valley with a humanitarian delegation.

And I fell in love.

I started visiting them every month, together with an Israeli friend from the valley. After the first few times, we also came with family members.

Slowly, a relationship of trust was formed that developed into love.

After the war, the husband could no longer go to work. She sent me a message that she had no money for food. At the time, there were 7 children and she was pregnant.

And since then, we have been helping them in every way possible. Both financially and in our friendship.

We correspond every morning; we see the Red Moon, the broadcasts of the return of the kidnapped; she is at her house, I am at mine. Laughing together, crying together.

Three different families from different places; and there is true friendship between us all. Because we are all human beings.

They named the baby girl Orna.

Because where there's a will, there's a way. You just have to want it.
