I lived in Ghent for 7 years and lost my heart there (twice, I also met my girlfriend in that city). I spent countless hours oaming its streets trying to find a moment that encapsulates the city and its people. I think this photograph is the closest I’ll ever get. A spontaneous dance class for strangers to meet and dance together, at one of the most beautiful buildings of the city and a couple radiating pure passion and love for each other and dancing in general. The photo shows hardly anything to tie it to Ghent yet, in my opinion, it could only be made there
